Chic Office Makeover
Every office should have a fireplace right?! Since my office is in our lower level, it can get a little chilly at times. This fireplace gives a soft and warm ambiance. I love my cozy office! (See below for BEFORE pics)
Let me tell you about this desk… it started as a sketch in my notebook that transformed into a fabulous reality. I searched for months trying to find something our style before we ended up going this route. My hubby made my sketch come to life! He took a standard desk and spruced it up with some farmhouse character to match our style. It turned out perfectly!!
I like utilizing decor that tells a story or gives a glimpse into one’s personality. The music sheet scrolls were a fun and unique way to show my passion for music arts with a rustic vibe. The black quill was purchased on our travels last year and adds an edgy vintage touch.
I linked the items below that I was able to find. The feather quill pen was purchased while on vacation, but I linked one similar below. For the rustic music sheet look, I used the scrapbook paper linked below, rolled it up and fastened it with twine. Such a lovely vintage look!
